In Mrs Bailey’s classes today
In class today we were tasting and analyzing the packaging for the Take 5 bar and the Apple Pie Kit Kat. We discussed how companies will try out new packages and flavors to try to boost sales of products whose sales are stagnant or declining.
We are proud of our ‘Neck Cross Country Teams!!
Congrats to our cross country regional qualifiers Lela Erwin and Ramon Saldivar!
Students please remember that each dual credit class paid for by Columbia High School require a $100 deposit. If you have not yet taken care of your deposit for the fall please be aware this could be a barrier to registering for Spring classes.
Once your deposits are made we will roll them forward as you continue to take classes. When you are done with classes or at the end of your senior year, if you have made a “C” or better in all classes your deposit will be returned.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact the guidance department as soon as possible.
The Freshman Roughnecks traveled to El Campo and came out short against a tough Ricebird team making their season record sit at 6-2. Offensively Jaheim Campbell and Blake Osteen had some good runs along with Trevon High and Kavion Lewis. Major Marshall had a couple big completions to Cayden Bledsoe and Lewis. The Freshman return home next Thursday and look to finish on a high note when they take on the Brazosport Exporters at 5pm.
A GREAT OPPORTUNITY!
Your student is invited to join us for a once-in-a-lifetime travel experience to Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam in Summer 2022!
We decided to offer this opportunity now to give students hope for a brighter future. While the world might feel like it's filled with uncertainty, we want to give families the chance to look ahead. And to make sure you feel confident making future travel plans, EF is offering a risk-free enrollment period that our group can take advantage of if we enroll now.
We will be talking about all of the above and more at our online informational meeting on November 12th at 6 pm. Please join our meeting to hear all the details including the itinerary, dates, and cost of this trip. The meeting will also mark the official opening of enrollment!
