Seniors Walking The Field Friday Night

Seniors will be allowed to walk the field Friday night after the game with the following stipulations:
• The stadium must be completely clear before students will be allowed on the field. (this includes all football players, coaches, training staff and spectators. (senior parents may stay in the stands)
• Seniors must meet at the concession stand after the game. You will only be allowed to enter the field from this entrance and only as a group.
• Parents will stay in the stands until all seniors are on the field. At that time, they will be allowed to come onto the field to take pictures.

Attention students, your Lady Neck volleyball team will play their bi-district playoff game Monday the 1st in Port LaVaca at 6:30 PM. The girls are hoping to fill the stands with our awesome student section. Coach Mascheck will be driving a bus for any students wanting to attend the game. If you plan on going please sign up with Mrs.Kondra in the front office. She will collect $5 to reserve your spot. The $5 will be used to buy your ticket. You must register and pay $5 to attend. Sign up, wear maroon to the game, and be loud.

H-E-B is a Corporate Sponsor of the UIL and has its annual H-E-B Scholarship Program for Community Service Excellence opportunity. Nominees must have the following submitted to https://www.sportsinaction.com/scholarship/ by no later than January 28, 2022:



Minimum 3.3 GPA
Number of Community Service Hours completed in the last 12 months
Community Service Verification Letters to document the number of hours submitted
A Letter of Recommendation
A Short Essay (500 words or less) on the topic: “What does Community mean to you?”


There will be 15 total winners – 5 each in music, academics and athletics – and each will be awarded $2,000 from H-E-B. An announcement of the winners will be at the UIL Boys Basketball State Championships. Please make your students and/or support staff aware of this opportunity.

Parker Kingrea just passed the very very difficult MS Excel EXPERT certification, making him the 1st this year to not only have his 5 certs for the chord, but 2 EXPERT certs for ‘master’ status! 😊 If/When he takes MS Access Expert, he will be the first this year and in his class to have all 7 certificates offered by MS.
